On
the top floor tucked between the salon and the second bedroom, this
bathroom features a walk-in shower of 80 by 120 cm - roomy and spacious.
It is shared with the two bedrooms on the second floor but the facilities
are supplemented by the full bath on the first floor.
It
has its own heater for use in the winter. There is a washhand basin
and a toilet.

On
the first floor, the house features a true French bathroom - all
of 14 square meters dedicated to bathing, relaxing and pampering.
This view shows the entrance from the main hallway. It features
ancient beams in the ceiling and a feature stone wall. This room
is available to all the residents in the house.

premier étage, on trouve une vraie salle de bain luxueuse.
Avec ses poutres anciennes, ses pierres apparentes et une mosaïque,
on peut se baigner tranquillement.

Opposite
the bath is a walk-in shower of 90 cm by 90 cm enclosed with glass
doors. The washhand basin has a wrought iron framed mirror set in
a traditional 'étagère'.

An antique washstand with marble top complements the intimate atmosphere
of the room and stores a variety of local Marseilles soaps.
In
the summer the room is cooled by direct access to the kitchen terrace.
In the winter the combined towel rail and radiator heat the room.

bath is moulded for comfort and has its own handheld shower or 'douchette'.

A small bathroom with walk-in shower (une douche italienne) is being constructed and will be ready by Spring 2012.
This bathroom is adjacent to the courtyard and so should be useful for anyone wanting a shower after returning from a long, hot cycle ride or walk.

300 litre water heater in a ground floor "cave" provides ample hot
water for 6 to 8 people. |
